荀子"尽伦尽制"的家国一体结构探析

摘要
荀子"尽伦尽制"的"家国一体"结构主要表现为以礼为中心的对人伦、人臣、人君的涵养和制约,以分定伦、以礼侍君、以义治国,在人之情欲与社会人伦秩序和政治秩序的冲突中,以实现正理平治的公共善为根本旨归.其在内容上表现为援义入礼,以义显礼,礼义连用,用礼之分来维系家庭父子、兄弟、夫妇之间的伦理秩序,并继承孔子移孝作忠的思想,在君臣关系上突破了孟子的"义之于君臣"的内转倾向,以"从义不从父""忠顺而不懈"维护君臣关系的稳定尤其是国家之安危,在治国策略上也是在义之价值凸显的义利冲突中奠定了礼治的伦理基础.荀子"尽伦尽制"的伦理政治思想融"血缘—伦理—政治"为一体,从而把孔子的思想在外王的治国理路上发扬光大.
Abstract
The"integrated structure of family and state"under Xunzi's principle of"fulfilling duties and perfect governance"is mainly manifested in the cultivation and restraint of the relationships between family members,min-isters,and rulers centered around the practice of rituals.Through the establishment of clear hierarchical relation-ships,serving the ruler with proper rituals,and governing the state with righteousness,this structure aims to a-chieve the fundamental goal of promoting public good through the realization of proper order and harmony,while reconciling the conflicts between human desires and the social order of human relationships and political order based on moral principles.In terms of content,it is manifested by incorporating morality into the practice of rituals,high-lighting the moral principles behind rituals,and using both rituals and morality to maintain the ethical order among family members such as fathers and sons,brothers and sisters,and husbands and wives.This structure also inherits Confucius'idea of filial piety and loyalty,and breaks through Mencius'inward-looking tendency of"morality be-tween rulers and subjects",using the principles of"following morality rather than following fathers"and"being loy-al and obedient without slack"to maintain the stability of the relationship between rulers and subjects,especially the security of the state.In terms of governance strategy,the ethical foundation of governance is established by empha-sizing the value of morality in resolving conflicts between morality and self-interest,and by promoting the practice of governance through rituals.Xunzi's ethical and political thought of"fulfilling duties and perfect governance"in-tegrates"blood relation-ethics-politics"into a whole,and further develops Confucius'ideas in the realm of external governance.
