在中国式现代化建设加速和内外部环境不断变化的背景下,县域经济在中国的地位逐渐凸显.首先,县域经济承载更深刻内容,是实现共同富裕的着力点、发展特色产业的落脚点、加快城镇化进程的关键点和保障粮食与生态安全的根本点.其次,基于县域经济的新内涵,县域经济在空间上表现为区域性和综合性、在内部上表现为非均衡性和农村性,呈现出发展地位更具可重塑性、发展动能更具可培育性、市场需求更具可挖掘性、供给质量更具可提升性的新特征,形成了特色经济、农业产业化、县城带动、生态经济、"全域城镇化"等新模式.最后,基于实现县域经济高质量发展的原则,未来县域经济需要更为明确和细致地理解县域经济发展的特性和挑战,重点关注工业化与城镇化的推进、发展环境的优化、人才瓶颈的突破、乡村振兴的深化和财政管理机制的健全等方面,以促进县域经济持续、稳定与健康的发展.
Abstract
In the context of accelerated China's unique modernization construction and constantly changing in-ternal and external environments,the role of county economies in China is becoming increasingly prominent.First-ly,the county economy carries a deeper significance,serving as a focal point for achieving common prosperity,a foundation for developing distinctive industries,a key factor in accelerating urbanization,and a cornerstone for ensu-ring food and ecological security.Secondly,with its new connotations,the county economy displays regional and comprehensive characteristics in spatial terms,and non-uniformity and rurality internally.It presents new features where its development status is more adjustable,its growth momentum more cultivable,its market demand more exploitable,and its supply quality more developable.This has formed new models like specialized economies,agri-cultural industrialization,county-driven development,ecological economics,and comprehensive urbanization.Last-ly,based on the principles of achieving high-quality development in county economies,it is crucial to understand more clearly and in detail the characteristics and challenges of county economic development.Future strategies should focus on advancing industrialization and urbanization,optimizing the development environment,breaking through talent bottlenecks,deepening rural revitalization,and strengthening fiscal management mechanisms.These efforts are vital to promote the continuous,stable,and healthy development of county economies.
