摘要

Q235和Q345是常用的两种储罐用钢,研究其在介质中的腐蚀行为和腐蚀规律对正确设计和维护储罐运行具有重要意义.本研究采用重量法和电化学法,测试Q235和Q345两种储罐材质用钢在成品油田介质和原油介质中的腐蚀行为,分析不同因素影响储罐材质的腐蚀规律,确定了储罐介质腐蚀机理.

Abstract

Q235 and Q345(formerly Q345)are two commonly used steels for storage tanks.Studying their corrosion behavior and corrosion laws in the medium is of great significance for the correct design and maintenance of storage tank operation.In this study,gravimetric and electrochemical methods were used to test the corrosion behavior of Q235 and Q345 steels used for storage tanks in finished oilfield media and crude oil media,to analyze the corrosion laws of different factors affecting storage tank materials,and to determine the corrosion mechanism.
