摘要

根据对不锈钢薄壁管焊接的特点进行分析,本研究旨在评定奥氏体不锈钢的自动化焊接工艺,并详细介绍其评定过程.研究采用了焊前清理、焊接保护、焊接工艺和操作要点等方法进行讨论分析.实验结果验证表明,通过正确操作和合理控制焊接工艺,奥氏体不锈钢薄壁管的自动化焊接工艺是合格的,并能够满足实际生产的需求.

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the characteristics of stainless steel thin-walled tube welding,this study aims to evaluate the automated welding process for austenitic stainless steel and provide a detailed description of the evaluation process.Various methods including pre-weld cleaning,welding protection,welding process,and operational considerations were employed for discussion and analysis.Experimental results have verified that by implementing correct operations and rational control of the welding process,the automated welding process for austenitic stainless steel thin-walled tubes is qualified and able to meet the requirements of practical production.
