In order to improve the competitiveness of construction,the construction cost control and project cost management methods are proposed.This method sets the construction cost control principle,designs the construction cost control process according to the principle,and fully analyzes the key points of construction cost management.After that,the construction cost control method based on BIM model is used to realize the construction cost control.At the same time,the dynamic management measures of project cost are proposed to realize the construction cost control and project cost management.The experiment shows that this method can effectively control the cost of different construction stages,and can effectively realize the project cost management,and has a remarkable application effect.
