摘要

玻璃纤维材料作为一种高性能复合材料,其机械性能、热性能、电性能、化学性质相较于石墨,具有较大的量级差异性.因此,玻璃纤维材料应用于石墨制化工装备时,能够极大地弥补石墨材料的不足之处,使石墨制化工装备同时具备石墨和玻璃纤维的优点.本文围绕玻璃纤维在石墨制化工装备中的应用原理、应用工艺的优缺点展开分析,希望为从业人员提供一定的参考.

Abstract

Glass fiber material,as a high-performance composite material,has significant differences in mechanical,thermal,electrical,and chemical properties compared to graphite.Therefore,when glass fiber materials are applied to graphite based chemical equipment,they can greatly compensate for the shortcomings of graphite materials,enabling graphite based chemical equipment to have the advantages of both graphite and glass fiber.This paper analyzes the application principle as well as the advantages and disadvantages of glass fiber in graphite based chemical equipment,hoping to provide some reference for practitioners.
