Study on the Application of New Anticorrosive Coatings in Steel Structure Buildings
Anti-corrosion coating is an effective measure to ensure the durability of steel structures.However,there are many problems in the coating process of steel structures,such as high energy consumption,heavy pollution and complex processes.This study uses a new type of rust free anticorrosive coating,which is a kind of epoxy based two-component coating.At the same time,the silane active component is introduced,which has the characteristics of transforming the corrosion product into a stable protective layer.It is filled with ceramic particles,improving the anti-permeability of the coating,and the anticorrosive life is 5 times of that of ordinary epoxy coating.Before construction,the steel surface treatment only needs to reach Sa1 level to achieve rust coating,improve production and construction efficiency,and reduce the life cycle cost and carbon emissions of steel structure buildings,which can be widely used in schools,hospitals,residential and other steel structure buildings.
