摘要

常减压装置是原油加工的第一道工序,由于原油中含有腐蚀性介质复杂,因此常减压装置整体腐蚀风险较高,安全隐患较大.某石化企业基于腐蚀控制手册的指导内容,对该企业的常减压装置中进行了腐蚀检查.腐蚀控制手册系统的描述了装置的工艺流程、选材情况、腐蚀机理、腐蚀回路分析及防控策略,对停工检修期间所发现的易腐蚀部位进行了预测并提出了建议.

Abstract

The atmospheric and vacuum pressure device is the first process of crude oil processing.Due to the complex corrosive medium contained in crude oil,the overall corrosion risk of the atmospheric and vacuum pressure device is higher,and the safety risk is larger.Based on the guidance content of corrosion control manual,corrosion inspection was carried out in the atmospheric and vacuum equipment of a petrochemical enterprise.The corrosion control manual system describes the process flow,material selection,corrosion mechanism,corrosion loop analysis and prevention and control strategy of the device,and predicts the corrosion-prone parts found during downtime maintenance and puts forward suggestions.
