Corrosion Problems and Solutions of Sulfuric Acid Alkylation Device
Since the sulfuric acid alkylation plant of a petrochemical company in Dalian was put back into operation in 2013,sulfuric acid corrosion leakage occurred in many systems and parts,which seriously affected the safe and stable production of the device.According to the corrosion situation of each part,the mechanism of corrosion formation is studied,the causes of corrosion are analyzed,and targeted solutions and measures are formulated to reduce the occurrence of corrosion of the device through material upgrading,protection optimization,equipment and facility upgrading and transformation.
