摘要

介绍一种依据ASME B31G和DNV RP-F101管道腐蚀缺陷标准的油气田钢质管道内检测结果评价方法,并以某均匀腐蚀管线钢管为例,运用该方法对其内检测结果进行评价.该方法可逻辑判断缺陷类型及量化方法,计算管道失效压力及腐蚀速率预测.该方法具有计算结果准确、易操作、应用前景广等优点.

Abstract

A Internal detection results evaluation developed according to the standard ASME B31G and DNV RP-F101 for oil and gas pipelines is introduced and the residual strength of a uniformly corroded pipeline with the defect taken as an example is evaluated by the software.The following work can be done with the method:logical judgment of the defect types and how to take its quantification,calculation of the failure pressure.The software is of such advantages as accurate result,easy operation and wide application prospect.
