循环冷却水生化处理技术摒弃了传统的火电厂循环冷却水化学药剂处理方法,利用经过筛选、培养、驯化的有益微生物菌群和相适应的营养调节剂对敞开式循环冷却水进行微生物化学处理,大幅度提高循环冷却水倍率,实现循环冷却系统的阻垢、缓蚀、杀菌灭藻等目标,保证循环冷却水系统安全、稳定、经济及环保运行.通过循环冷却水生化处理动态模拟试验,验证了碳钢及不锈钢腐蚀速率、污垢热阻、粘附速度及有害微生物指标均能满足GB/T50050-2017《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》要求,确定了循环冷却水控制指标.
Experimental Study on Circulating Aquatic Treatment of 9F Gas-steam Combined Cycle Heating Unit
Circulating cooling water hydrochemical treatment technology has abandoned the traditional treatment method of circulating cooling water chemical agent in thermal power plant.using the beneficial microbial flora after screening,culture and domestication and suitable nutrition regulator to carry out microbial chemical treatment of open circulating cooling water,greatly increasing the rate of circulating cooling water,realizing the goals of scale inhibition,corrosion inhibition and sterilization of circulating cooling water system,and ensuring the safe,stable,economical and environmental protection operation of circulating cooling water system.By the dynamic simulation test of circulating cooling water hydration treatment,it is verified that the corrosion rate,fouling thermal resistance,adhesion rate and harmful microbial index of carbon steel and stainless steel can meet the requirements of GB/T50050-2017《Industrial circulating cooling water treatment design code》,and the control index of circulating cooling water is determined.
