随着我国长输管道快速发展以及新建管道互联互通,对管网安全可靠性和资源快速高效调配提出更高要求.鉴于管道智能化、远程控制和无人值守的发展趋势,开展国内外管道自动化技术对标分析,分别从SCADA系统安全可靠性、大数据技术、仿真优化技术和决策分析系统,探讨管道控制中心建设新技术和管道运行管理新模式.结合我国管道管道自动化技术实践,针对提高管道运行管理水平提出了建议,并对管道智能化发展趋势进行展望.
Current Status and Development Trends of Automation Technology for Long Distance Pipeline
With rapid development of long-distance pipelines in China and the interconnection of newly built pipelines,higher requirements are put forward for the safety and reliability of pipeline networks and the rapid and efficient allocation of resources.Given the development trend of pipeline intelligence,remote control,and unmanned operation,benchmarking analysis of pipeline automation technology at home and abroad is carried out,exploring new technologies for pipeline control center construction and pipeline operation management from the perspectives of SCADA system safety and reliability,big data technology,simulation optimization technology,and decision analysis system.Based on the practice of pipeline automation technology in China,suggestions are proposed to improve the level of pipeline operation and management,and the development trend of pipeline intelligence is forecasted.
