管道服役期间因腐蚀、机械损伤、第三方损坏等,发生油气泄漏事故,需要进行应急抢修.带压封堵技术因适用介质广泛、安全环保特点广泛应用.阐述了我国管道带压封堵技术现状和应用情况.分析了在封堵三通、封堵头皮碗、筒刀进刀控制和残留油品清除方面存在不足.提出带压封堵技术优化设计和改进措施.研究成果对于提高管道带压封堵作业效率和安全可靠性具有重要指导意义.
Abstract
During the service period of pipelines,oil and gas leakage accidents occur due to corrosion,mechanical damage,third-party damage,and emergency repairs are required.Pressure plugging technology is widely used due to its wide range of suitable media and safety and environmental characteristics.The paper discussed the current status and application of pressure plugging technology for China pipelines.Analyzed the shortcomings in plugging tee,plugging cup,controlling the knife feed,and removing residual oil.Propose optimized design and improvement measures for pressurized plugging technology.The research results have important guiding significance for improving the efficiency and safety reliability of pipeline pressure plugging.
