摘要

针对渤海某油田面临的SRB细菌全面控制难题,评选了9种杀菌剂,优选出长链烷基胍盐杀菌剂SJ-03,现场评价结果表明,当加剂浓度为30mg/L时,长链烷基胍盐杀菌剂SJ-03的杀菌率达100%,综合对比SJ-03的杀菌抑菌效果均优于其他药剂;配伍性实验表明,加入杀菌剂后均未对原油脱水速度与脱水体积产生明显影响;现场应用效果表明,以一定浓度冲击加注杀菌剂SJ-03后,监测周期内SRB细菌含量始终保持在低于6个/mL,说明杀菌剂SJ-03对水系统内SRB细菌的杀菌抑菌能力明显,同时水工艺舱出口、缓冲罐入口、缓冲罐出口和注水出口点位的水中含油OIW整体较为平稳,未发生大范围波动,因此杀菌剂的改变不会对平台生产流程造成影响.

Abstract

In view of the problem of comprehensive control of SRB bacteria faced by an oilfield in Bohai,9 fungicides were selected,and the long-chain alkylguanidine salt fungicide SJ-03 was preferred,and the on-site evaluation results showed that when the concentration of the additive was 30mg/L,the bactericidal rate of the long-chain alkylguanidine salt fungicide SJ-03 reached 100%,and the bactericidal and bactericidal effect of SJ-03 was better than that of other agents.Compatibility experiments showed that the addition of fungicides did not have a significant effect on the dehydration rate and dehydration volume of crude oil.The on-site application effect showed that after the impact injection of fungicide SJ-03 at a certain concentration,the content of SRB bacteria was always maintained below 6/mL during the monitoring cycle,indicating that the bactericide SJ-03 had obvious bactericidal and bacteriostatic ability of SRB bacteria in the water system,and the oil-containing OIW in the water process tank outlet,buffer tank inlet,buffer tank outlet and water injection outlet point was relatively stable overall,and there was no large-scale fluctuation,so the change of fungicide would not affect the production process of the platform.
