摘要
腐蚀防护是压力容器在生产使用中的重要关注点,也是材料腐蚀防护的重要研究方向.目前压力容器使用的腐蚀防护方法,在使用过程中具有局限性.高熵合金涂层具有良好的综合性能和耐腐蚀性能,在金属材料腐蚀与防护方面具有优势.文章综述了不同元素添加高熵合金涂层的腐蚀性能研究现状,基于其优异的防腐蚀性能,展望了高熵合金涂层在压力容器腐蚀防护方面发展方向.
Abstract
Corrosion protection is an important concern in the production and use of pressure vessels,and it is also an important research direction of material corrosion and protection.At present,the corrosion protection methods used in pressure vessels have limitations.The high entropy alloy coating has good comprehensive properties and corrosion resistance,and has advantages in the corrosion and protection of metal materials.The corrosion properties of high entropy alloy coatings with different elements are reviewed in this paper.Based on their excellent corrosion resistance,the development direction of high entropy alloy coatings in pressure vessel corrosion and protection is prospected.
