摘要
油气管道是能源输送的重要部件,受输送介质和外界环境的影响,油气管道极易发生腐蚀、泄漏.防腐材料性能是影响油气管道质量的关键因素,从源头上控制防腐材料质量,可以有效提升油气管道的安全性、可靠性和耐久性.本文总结了国内外油气管道防腐材料的主要检测标准,重点分析了六类油气管道防腐材料的检测现状,并给出了相关建议,以进一步提升油气管道质量.
Abstract
Oil and gas pipelines are important components for energy transportation.Due to the influence of transportation medium and external environment,oil and gas pipelines are highly susceptible to corrosion and leakage.The performance of anti-corrosion materials is a key factor affecting the quality of oil and gas pipelines.Controlling the quality of anti-corrosion materials from the source can effectively improve the safety,reliability and durability of oil and gas pipelines.This paper summarizes the main testing standards of anti-corrosion materials for oil and gas pipelines at home and abroad,and analyzes current situation of anti-corrosive materials detection.In addition,This paper puts forward relevant suggestions for improving pipeline quality.
