摘要

近年来,延迟焦化装置的腐蚀问题引起人们越来越多的关注,已成为影响设备安全运行的关键因素,应针对不同的工作环境、工作条件制定相应的防腐蚀策略.本文对延迟焦化装置中的腐蚀原因进行了详细的分析,进而提出了几点防护策略,希望为延迟焦化的防腐蚀工作提供一些借鉴.

Abstract

In recent years,the corrosion problem of delayed coking devices has attracted more and more attention and has become a key factor affecting the safe operation of equipment.Corresponding anti-corrosion strategies should be formulated for different working environments and working conditions.In this paper,the causes of corrosion in the delayed coking unit are analyzed in detail,and then several protection strategies are proposed.It is hoped to provide some references for the delayed coking anti-corrosion work.
