浅谈核电站冷冻水系统保温层下腐蚀与防护措施

摘要
核电厂冷冻水系统设置了保温层,在系统运行过程中容易发生保温层下腐蚀(CUI).CUI的发生受到保温结构、运行工况、保温材料和涂层等因素的影响.本文简单探讨了缓解CUI发生可采取的技术和管理措施,并介绍了针对CUI的不同阶段可选择的检测方法及不同检测方法的优缺点.
Abstract
The chilled water system of the nuclear power plant is equipped with insulation layers,Corrosion under insulation layer(CUI)is prone to occur during the system operation.The occurrence of CUI is influenced by factors such as insulation structure,operating conditions,insulation materials,and coatings.This article discussed the technical and management measures that can be taken to alleviate the occurrence of CUI.This article introduces the selectable detection methods for different stages of CUI and compares the advantages and disadvantages of different detection methods.
