摘要
炼油装置生产中经常使用到NaOH碱液,碱液的设备管道在生产使用中出现较多腐蚀问题,影响了装置的长周期运行,而且碱液介质属于危化品,存在较高安全风险.本文主要针对碱液在炼油装置的使用设备管道存在的腐蚀问题进行分析探讨,结合实例问题分析主要原因,总结出防范措施,从而更有针对进行预防和监控,以利于碱液相关设备管道安全运行,以保障炼油装置长周期安全运行的要求.
Abstract
The NaOH liquid is often used in the production of refining units,and many corrosion problems occur in the production and use,which affects the long cycle operation.Moreover,the NaOH is dangerous chemical,which has a high safety risk.This paper mainly analyzes the corrosion problems of alkali equipment&pipeline in the refining,and analyzes the main reasons to have more prevention and monitoring and facilitate the safe of related equipment pipeline to ensure the safe operation of the long cycle.
