摘要
在注空气驱采油过程中,采出液中通常存在酸性气体及腐蚀性离子,这些气体和离子的浓度变化,在温度和压力的作用下影响油套管的腐蚀行为,造成不同程度的腐蚀及损失.本文从腐蚀机制、影响因素和防腐措施方面展开CO2-O2-H2O环境下油套管腐蚀行为的论述,简要介绍了不同因素下的腐蚀规律及主要影响因素,包括温度、气体分压和腐蚀介质.分析评价了两种常见的防腐手段,包括耐蚀材料的选择、表面镀层保护技术,为后续油套管的防腐提供理论依据.
Abstract
In the process of air injection gas drive oil recovery,acidic gases and corrosive ions usually exist in the extraction fluid,and the changes in the concentration of these gases and ions affect the corrosion behavior of oil casing under the effect of temperature and pressure,resulting in different degrees of corrosion and loss.This paper discusses the corrosion behavior of oil casing under CO2-O2-H2O environment from the aspects of corrosion mechanism,influencing factors and anticorrosion measures,and briefly introduces the corrosion law and main influencing factors under different factors,including temperature,gas partial pressure and corrosive medium.Two common anticorrosion means are analyzed and evaluated,including the selection of corrosion-resistant materials and surface plating protection technology,to provide theoretical basis for the subsequent anti-corrosion of oil casing.
