摘要

风力发电螺栓连接预紧力的监测特别重要.本论文研究设计了一种植入式智能螺栓预紧力监测系统,由预紧力采集、数据传输、测试监测系统三部分组成,将螺栓主体作为传感器,用短距无线传播技术将螺栓预紧力数据采集,通过光纤将数据传输至集控中心监测系统进行螺栓连接预紧力的监测.为判断螺栓连接结构的可靠性提供了判断手段,具有广泛的应用空间.

Abstract

It is particularly important to monitor the bolt connection preload for wind power generation.Researchers design an embedded intelligent monitoring system which bolts pre-tightening force,sampling,data transmission by the pre-tightening force of three parts,and the bolt theme is regarded as the sensor to collect pre-tightening force data based on a short distance wireless communication technologies.Data is transmitted to set control center monitoring system through optical fiber in monitoring of prestressing force of bolt connection.It provides a judgment means to judge the reliability of bolted structure and has a wide application space.
