某输油管道杂散电流干扰检测及排流防护相关研究

输油管道与地铁运行线路交叉、平行,管道电位出现漂移,断电电位正向偏移,受杂散电流干扰的管道会出现部分时段处于欠保护状态.干扰段管道采取排流防护措施后,通过监测管道电位发现,管道电位波动范围缩小、断电电位负向偏移.管道杂散电流干扰得到有效的消除和抑制,管道全时段处于阴极保护状态下运行.
Research on Stray Current Interference Detection and Drainage Protection of An Oil Pipeline
The oil pipeline crosses and parallels the subway running line,the pipeline potential drifts,the power off potential is positively shifted,and the pipeline disturbed by stray current will be in an unprotected state for part of the time.After the drainage protection measures were taken for the pipeline in the interference section,it was found that the potential fluctuation range of the pipeline was reduced and the cut-off potential was negatively offset by monitoring the pipeline potential.The stray current interference of the pipeline is effectively eliminated and suppressed,and the pipeline is operated in a cathodic protected state for all times.
