摘要
目前国内有大量的存量通信塔,随着运营时间的延长,腐蚀问题日益显现.本文综述了国内外通信铁塔防腐设计和腐蚀现状,并结合现场调查,发现国内通信铁塔锈蚀主要集中在地脚螺栓、紧固件、塔材、爬梯、金属拉线,针对新建、改造铁塔以及存量的铁塔提出了相应的防护对策和建议.
Abstract
At present,there are a large number of communication towers in stock in China.With the extension of operation time,the corrosion problem is increasingly apparent.This paper summarizes the anti-corrosion design and corrosion status of communication towers at home and abroad.Combined with the field investigation,it is found that the corrosion of communication towers in China is mainly concentrated in anchor bolts,fasteners,tower materials,ladders,and metal stay wires.The corresponding protection countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for new,modified and existing towers.
