The Brief Analysis of Anticorrosion Technique for Pumping Rod

随着油田开发进入中后期的高含水阶段和复杂的井液腐蚀介质,导致抽油杆腐蚀疲劳断脱的情况频发.通过对抽油杆腐蚀现象及原因的扼要分析,总结论述了材料提升、井液改善、表面防护三个方面七类防腐技术,为防腐技术选择提供指导.有效的防腐技术将大幅延长抽油杆安全运行时长,减少检修或事故处理频次,从而提高采油的综合经济效益.
The high water cut stage and complex corrosion media in drill fluids because of the development of oilfield entering the middle and late stages,which caused the frequent corrosion of the pumping rod,and fracture that was produced by fatigue damage of the pumping rod.In this paper,the corrosive phenomenon and causes of the pumping rod were briefly analyzed,and seven kinds of anticorrosion technologies in three aspects such as material improvement,drill fluids improvement,and surface protection were summarized and discussed,which will provide a guidance for the selection of anticorrosion technologies.Effective anticorrosion technology will greatly prolong the time of the safe running for pumping rod,and reduce the frequency of maintenance or accident treatment,so as to improve the comprehensive economic benefits of oil production.
