摘要

石油化工行业具有连续性作业的特点,同时能耗较大,为降低能耗同时满足生产工艺转速调整的需要,往往通过变频器进行调速,但变频器运行过程中易发生故障停机的问题,为保证生产设备的连续性运行,需对变频器的配置方式,切换逻辑进行优化.

Abstract

The petrochemical industry has the characteristics of continuous operation and high energy consumption.In order to reduce energy consumption and meet the needs of production process speed adjustment,frequency converters are often used for speed regulation.However,during the operation of frequency converters,faults and shutdowns are prone to occur.To ensure the continuous operation of production equipment,it is necessary to optimize the configuration and switching logic of frequency converters.
