长输管道在线焊接预热技术应用研究

管道在线焊接是维抢修技术的关键环节.我国X80高钢级管道在线焊接技术还不完善,体现在管道焊接预热控制不严格,存在焊缝硬度过高诱发氢致裂纹的风险.本文研究了国内外管道在线焊接预热标准规范及技术要求.在分析管道焊接加热技术原理和优缺点基础上,提出了高钢级管道焊接预热技术选定原则.介绍国外石油公司管道在线焊接预热设备性能参数以及温度监测手段.研究成果对于提高我国管道抢修技术水平具有借鉴价值.
Application Research on Welding Preheating Technology for In-service Long Distance Pipeline
In-service pipeline welding is a key link in emergency repair technology.The in-service welding technology for X80 high grade steel pipelines in China is not perfect,which is reflected in the lack of strict preheating control during pipeline welding and the risk of hydrogen induced cracks caused by high weld hardness.The paper studies the standards and technical requirements for in-service welding preheating of pipelines at home and board.Based on analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of pipeline welding heating technology,the selection principles of welding preheating technology for high grade steel pipelines are proposed.Introduce the performance parameters and temperature monitoring methods of in-service welding preheating equipment for pipelines in foreign oil companies.The research results have reference value for improving the level of pipeline emergency repair technology in China.
