Analysis of Abnormal Feedwater Oxygenation in a 1000MW Ultra Supercritical Unit of a Power Plant
The certain ultra supercritical 1000MW unit experienced an abnormal decrease in dissolved oxygen at the inlet of the economizer in the water steam system during oxygenation treatment.By checking the unit operation logs, oxygenation system, water and steam quality, and sampling system, the results showed that the oxygenation conversion of the feedwater system was incomplete under high load, resulting in an increase in oxygen consumption and a decrease in dissolved oxygen at the inlet of the economizer. The Y-shaped filter screen of the high-temperature sampling rack has not been completely passivated, and the high-temperature,high-pressure,and high-speed sample water generated during the sewage discharge process has a scouring effect on the filter screen, causing partial detachment of the oxide film.Repairing it again will cause an increase in oxygen consumption, leading to a decrease in dissolved oxygen in the feedwater.
