离子色谱法测定高含硫污水氯化物的前处理方法应用

摘要
氯化物是判定炼油装置设备腐蚀程度的重要指标之一,炼油装置产生的污水含有大量的硫化物和氨氮等干扰物质,给实验室准确测定氯化物带来很大困难.本文通过探索运用一种新的样品前处理方式,分析塔河高含硫污水的氯化物含量,并结合试验过程,对分析结果进行重复性和加标考察试验,得出试验方法多次平行测定相对标准偏差为0.69%~3.33%,加标回收率为101.5%~116.8%,验证了此前处理方法的可靠性和分析结果的准确性.
Abstract
Chloride is one of the important indicators for determining the degree of corrosion of refining equipment.The wastewater generated by refining equipment contains a large amount of interfering substances such as sulfides and ammonia nitrogen,which poses great difficulties for the accurate determination of chloride in the laboratory.This article explores the use of a new sample pretreatment method to analyze the chloride content of high sulfur wastewater in Tahe.Combined with the experimental process,the repeatability and spiking of the analysis results were tested.The results showed that the relative standard deviation of the test method for multiple parallel measurements was 0.69%~3.33%,and the spiking recovery rate was 101.5%~116.8%.This verifies the reliability of the previous treatment method and the accuracy of the analysis results.
