Application of Pre-treatment Methods for the Determination of Chloride in High Sulfur Wastewater By ion Chromatography
Chloride is one of the important indicators for determining the degree of corrosion of refining equipment. The wastewater generated by refining equipment contains a large amount of interfering substances such as sulfides and ammonia nitrogen, which poses great difficulties for the accurate determination of chloride in the laboratory. This article explores the use of a new sample pretreatment method to analyze the chloride content of high sulfur wastewater in Tahe.Combined with the experimental process, the repeatability and spiking of the analysis results were tested. The results showed that the relative standard deviation of the test method for multiple parallel measurements was 0.69%~3.33%,and the spiking recovery rate was 101.5%~116.8%.This verifies the reliability of the previous treatment method and the accuracy of the analysis results.
