摘要
某海上油田注热作业时825合金液控管线及光纤管线断裂失效,对合金管线进行宏观检查、微观观测及理化性能分析,并对收集的产物进行分析,判断合金管断裂失效为疲劳断裂与应力腐蚀,开裂起源于外表面点蚀坑,并提出失效控制措施.
Abstract
An offshore oilfield heat injection operation when the 825 alloy liquid control pipeline and fiber optic pipeline fracture failure,the alloy pipeline macroscopic inspection,microscopic observation and physical and chemical properties of the analysis,and the collection of product analysis,judgment of the alloy pipe fracture failure for fatigue fracture and stress corrosion,cracking originated in the outer surface pitting pits,and proposed failure control measures.
