摘要
结垢将导致海管集输量下降和腐蚀问题,因此需要通过通球等手段去除,但经常通球导致了缓蚀剂膜不断被破坏,为了缩短成膜过程,需要开发一种清洗预膜剂.本文通过研究发现,氨基磺酸和柠檬酸在4:1复配时具有很好的协同效应,药剂添加量为0.5%时除垢率能达到100%;而在有机酸液中添加15%喹啉季铵盐可以有效控制酸洗液的腐蚀和配方的自腐蚀性.该药剂的预膜时间为300分钟,预膜时间短,预膜效果优异,满足现场需求.
Abstract
Scaling will lead to a decrease in the volume of ocean pipe collection and corrosion problems.So it needs to be removed by means of the ball,but often the ball leads to the corrosion inhibitor film is constantly destroyed.In order to shorten the film process,it is necessary to develop a cleaning pre-film agent.In this paper,it was found that sultanic acid and citric acid had a good synergistic effect when the compound was 4:1,and the descaling rate could reach 100%when the dosage was 0.5%.Adding 15%quinoline quaternary ammonium salt to organic acid solution can effectively control the corrosion of acid wash solution and self-corrosion of formulation.The prefilm time of this agent is 300 minutes,the prefilm time is short,the prefilm effect is excellent,and meets the needs of the field.
