城镇燃气钢质管道的牺牲阳极保护系统常常会因为城市的开发建设、人为破坏或自然腐蚀造成损伤,从而造成牺牲阳极保护的失效,带来安全隐患.本文对现实中的情况进行了统计分析,总结了可能造成阴极保护系统失效的原因,并从测试桩结构的改进、阳极布局原则的调整和测试桩布局原则的调整等几个方面阐述了减缓腐蚀和牺牲阳极失效的解决措施.希望对埋地燃气管道的腐蚀防护有一定的借鉴作用,使阴极保护系统能够充分发挥作用.
The sacrificial anode protection system of urban gas steel pipeline is often damaged due to urban development and construction、man-made damage or natural corrosion,which will lead to the failure of sacrificial anode protection and bring potential safety hazards.This paper makes a statistical analysis of the actual situation,summarizes the reasons that may cause the failure of the cathodic protection system,and expounds the solutions for mitigating corrosion and sacrificial anode failure from the aspects of the improvement of the test pile structure,the adjustment of the anode layout principle and the adjustment of the test pile layout principle.It is hoped that it can be used as a reference for corrosion protection of buried gas pipelines,so that the cathodic protection system can fully play its role.
