Analysis of the Current Status of SCADA System Technology and Standards for Long-distance Pipelines
The software and hardware,fiber optic communication,and simulation optimization technology of China pipeline SCADA system have made significant progress,but pipeline SCADA standard has not formed a systematic and complete standard system,which cannot adapt to the development trend of high-level pipeline operation and maintenance and unmanned stations.Conduct research on the current status of SCADA systems for China long-distance pipelines in terms of automation control,communication,hardware equipment,and alarm technology,and conduct comparative analysis of the current status and standards of SCADA systems for domestic and foreign pipelines.Suggestions for improving the pipeline SCADA system standard system are proposed from the perspectives of international standard adoption,safety integrity rating,standard tracking analysis,supporting standard development,and key research directions,which are of great significance for improving the level of China pipeline safety management.
