摘要

南海某天然气管道自2022年上半年开始,在段塞流捕集器和生产分离器水相出口处Fe2+、总铁含量大幅升高,为确定该海管铁离子超标的原因,本文通过工艺系统排查、腐蚀监检测数据分析、腐蚀模拟等手段开展研究,并提出腐蚀治理措施.

Abstract

Since the first half of 2022,there has been a distinctly noticeable increase in the concentrations of Fe2+ and total iron at the water phase outlets of the slug catcher and production separator in a certain gas pipeline in the South China Sea.In order to ascertain the reason of the Iron ion superscale in this pipeline,this paper conducted researches through approaching the process system examination,analyzing the corrosion monitoring data,and corrosion simulation.The corrosion management measures were put forward finally.
