摘要

本研究针对电力脱硫工艺中的节能减排与成本优化策略进行了深入分析,探讨了脱硫过程的能耗问题及其成本效益.通过采用先进的脱硫技术和材料,结合实际运行数据和模拟分析,提出了一系列节能减排的优化措施.研究发现,通过优化工艺流程、提高脱硫剂的使用效率和回收利用,不仅可以显著降低电力产业的二氧化硫排放,还可以在保证环保标准的前提下减少能源消耗和运行成本.

Abstract

This study conducts an in-depth analysis of energy conservation,emission reduction and cost optimization strategies in the power desulfurization process,and discusses the energy consumption issues and cost-effectiveness of the desulfurization process.By using advanced desulfurization technology and materials,combined with actual operating data and simulation analysis,a series of optimization measures for energy conservation and emission reduction are proposed.The study found that by optimizing the process flow,improving the use efficiency and recycling of desulfurizers,not only can the sulfur dioxide emissions of the power industry be significantly reduced,but also energy consumption and operating costs can be reduced while ensuring environmental protection standards.
