摘要
本文通过综述装配式建筑的定义、特点以及装配式钢结构的技术体系,揭示了其在现代建筑工程中的应用优势.着重探讨了构件制造、运输存储、现场安装等关键环节的施工工艺,并分析了施工过程中质量控制的重要性.提出了优化构件设计与制造过程、提高现场安装效率与质量、强化施工过程监控与评估以及引入创新技术与管理方法等策略.
Abstract
This article reviews the definition and characteristics of prefabricated buildings and the technical system of prefabricated steel structures,and reveals its application advantages in modern construction projects.It focuses on the construction technology of key links such as component manufacturing,transportation and storage,and on-site installation,and analyzes the importance of quality control during the construction process.Strategies such as optimizing component design and manufacturing processes,improving on-site installation efficiency and quality,strengthening construction process monitoring and evaluation,and introducing innovative technologies and management methods were proposed.
