摘要

本文针对钢桁梁大节段的几种典型结构形式,从超长U肋压型、双节间杆件制作、特殊部位焊接、大节段精度控制等特点出发,制定合理可行的制造工艺,通过设计切实可行的胎架,采用合理的组装、焊接工艺,有效保证钢桁梁大节段的制造精度.

Abstract

This article focuses on several typical structural forms of large sections of steel truss beams,and formulates a reasonable and feasible manufacturing process based on the characteristics of ultra-long U-rib profiling,double-intersection rod production,special position welding,and large-section precision control.By designing practical tire frames and adopting reasonable assembly and welding processes,the manufacturing accuracy of large sections of steel truss beams can be effectively ensured.
