摘要

因油田产量递减,德苏输油管道采用含水油外输,为减缓苏一联污水站运行压力,采用高温低输量的运行模式,导致管道结垢严重,管道有效通径缩减,严重影响管道安全平稳运行.本次利用空穴射流清垢技术成功实现德苏输油管道全线清管通球,有效清除了管线内结垢,降低了德二联外输压力.清垢过程具有安全、速度快、无环境污染等优点,对海拉尔油田输油管道运行管理具有十分重要意义.

Abstract

Due to the decline of oilfield production,De-su oil pipeline adopts water-bearing oil transmission.In order to reduce the operating pressure of Su-1-lian sewage station,the operation mode of high temperature and low transportation volume is adopted,resulting in serious pipe scaling and reduction of the effective diameter of the pipeline,which seriously affects the safe and stable operation of the pipeline.The hole jet scaling technology was used to successfully realize the pigging and ball passing of the whole line of the De-Su oil pipeline,which effectively removed the fouling in the pipeline and reduced the external transmission pressure of De-su.The cleaning process has the advantages of safety,speed and no environmental pollution,which is of great significance to the operation and management of oil pipelines in Hailar Oilfield.
