Under the background of the"Energy saving and consumption reduction renovation,heating supply renovation,and unit flexibility operation renovation"of coal-fired power units,boilers need to frequently participate in deep peak shaving operation.The long-term low load operation of the boiler has a certain impact on both the main body and auxiliary equipment.After the overhaul of the A axial flow primary fan of Unit 7# in a certain power plant,the vibration exceeded the standard during operation.The foundation vibration of the fan was within the range of 0.01mm,and the horizontal vibration on the fan shell was 2.7~2.8mm/s.However,the horizontal vibration of the internal bearing box was all above 4mm/s.The maximum value occurred in the horizontal direction on the right side of the first stage moving blade of the bearing box,and the vibration intensity reached 7.6mm/s,which was nearly 2mm/s higher than the 5.9mm/s deviation on the left side of the same stage bearing box.The horizontal vibration velocities on the left and right sides of the second stage moving blades of the bearing box are 4.55mm/s and 4.1mm/s,respectively.After the overhaul of the A axial flow primary fan of #7 in a certain power plant,the vibration exceeded the standard during operation.Through vibration testing analysis,it was found that the root cause of the excessive vibration of the fan was insufficient compression force of the fan bearing box and imbalance of the rotor.Measures were taken to increase the bearing tension and conduct on-site dynamic balancing,effectively suppressing the vibration of the fan and improving the safety and reliability of the primary fan.
