摘要

本文根据SY/T 4076-2016《钢质管道液体涂料风送挤涂内涂层技术规范》要求,通过现场取样,对在役内涂层进行了性能检验,分析了在役内涂层质量不合格原因,并提出了合理化建议.

Abstract

This paper conducts a quality Analysis of HCC internal coating samples taken from in-service gathering pipelines base on SY/T 4076-2016"Technical Specification for Internal Coating by Air Pressure Extrusion Process for Steel Pipelines".We analyzed the reasons for the unqualified performance of the in-service HCC internal coating and contributed reasonable suggestions.
