本文针对南海西部某新建投运海管开展全面的缓蚀剂效果评价,从自腐蚀性、水溶性、乳化倾向、高温高压动态评价、电化学测试和残余浓度分析多方面研究该缓蚀剂的应用效果,实验结果表面该缓蚀剂质量优秀在现场工况下缓蚀率达到85%以上,满足行业标准和现场的使用需求.
Evaluation of Corrosion Inhibitors for Newly Commissioned Sea Pipes
In this paper,for the western part of the South China Sea,a newly built and put into operation sea pipe to carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the effect of the corrosion inhibitor,from the self-corrosion,water solubility,emulsification tendency,high temperature and high pressure dynamic evaluation,electrochemical testing and residual concentration analysis of the application of the effectiveness of the corrosion inhibitor,the results of the experiment surface of the excellent quality of this corrosion inhibitor in the field under the conditions of the corrosion inhibition rate of more than 85%to meet the industry standards and the use of field needs.
