摘要

某油田一口生产井中心管严重腐蚀穿孔,为查找腐蚀原因,通过宏观分析、材质分析、水质分析、腐蚀产物分析、腐蚀模拟实验等对中心管腐蚀失效进行分析.分析结果表明,失效管段位置出砂严重,泥砂几乎堆满整根油管,泥砂的冲刷协同CO2腐蚀,导致管壁不断地减薄,最终管孔失效.

Abstract

There is severe corrosion and perforation of the central tube in a production well in a certain oilfield,In order to identify the cause of corrosion,the corrosion failure of the central pipe was analyzed through macroscopic analysis,material analysis,water quality analysis,corrosion product analysis,corrosion simulation tests,and other methods.The analysis results show that the position of the failed pipe section is severely sanded,and the mud and sand almost fill the entire oil pipe.The erosion of the mud and sand synergizes with CO2 corrosion,leading to continuous thinning of the pipe wall and ultimately the failure of the pipe hole.
