Taking the drum filter screen in nuclear power plants as the research object,this paper introduces an expert evaluation system for quantitative evaluation the operational status of cathodic protection systems.This system provides a data foundation through an in-situ automated monitoring device for the status of cathodic protection systems,with functions such as data collection and preprocessing,health index status evaluation,and result visualization.It can achieve continuous and accurate monitoring of key parameters for the cathodic protection system.In addition,it uses an algorithm model based on historical data from the cathodic protection systems of centrifuge filters in various nuclear power plants to evaluate the system's health indicators in real-time and display protection status through a 3D cloud graph.This design helps nuclear power plants gain a more comprehensive understanding of the protection status of centrifuge filters,enabling timely identification of abnormalities and prevention of severe corrosion.
