摘要
某加氢裂化装置开车过程中干气线的法兰焊接接头发生开裂,本文通过宏观检验、金相检验、硬度检测、化学成分分析等方法,对管线泄漏原因进行了分析研究.结果表明:该管线法兰的化学成份不符合设计标准要求,在低温湿硫化氢环境下发生了应力腐蚀开裂.
Abstract
During the start-up of a hydrocracking unit,the flange welding joint of the dry gas pipeline cracked.This article analyzed and studied the causes of pipeline leakage through methods such as macroscopic inspection,metallographic examination,hardness testing,and chemical composition analysis.The results indicate that the chemical composition of the pipeline flange does not conform to the requirements of design standard,and stress corrosion cracking occurred in a low-temperature wet hydrogen sulfide environment.
