Analysis on the Faults and Countermeasures of Taylor Welding Wheel Structure Applied in the Line of Connection Withdrawal
In order to ensure the stable operation of the withdrawal line,we need to optimize the functional accuracy of the equipment from a scientific point of view.This paper mainly introduces the faults of Taylor welding machine in the application of continuous annealing line,including the working principle of the welding machine,the principle and function of the welding wheel mechanism.By analyzing the root cause of the failure,we take the corresponding optimization countermeasures to improve the stability of the welding machine.
