摘要

针对我国既有建筑空调系统存在的问题,本文以某科研综合楼为例,通过对系统和设备节能降耗、余热回收利用以及改善室内热湿环境等方式对综合楼暖通空调系统进行绿建改造,依据规范GB/T 51141-2015《既有建筑绿色改造评价标准》,对改造过程进行自评估,最终暖通空调改造得分66分,项目自评星级为三星.

Abstract

In view of the problems existing in the air conditioning system of existing buildings in China,this paper takes a comprehensive scientific research building as an example to carry out green construction and renovation of the HVAC system of the comprehensive building by means of energy saving and equipment reduction,waste heat recovery and utilization,and improvement of indoor heat and humidity environment,according to the standard"Evaluation Standard for Green Renovation of Existing Buildings"(GB/T 51141-2015).The transformation process was self-evaluated,and the final HVAC transformation score was 66 points,and the project self-rated star was three stars.
