摘要
伴随着油田的稳步发展,长关井开始大量的显现.长关井的出现不仅不同程度地加重了井控方面的问题,同时还带来较大的安全环保隐患,对其治理迫在眉睫.长关井安全泄压技术的运用将有效避免传统开孔技术所带来的安全隐患,在更为安全有效的方式下完成对长关井的治理.此技术利用长关井口套管短接作为密封面,借用井口修复器具有的独特密封作用,顺利实现了不动火安全泄压.长关井安全泄压技术的问世不仅极大程度地解决了井控方面的问题,更为促进油田的进一步发展提供了安全保障.
Abstract
With the steady development of the oilfield,Changguan well began to appear in large quantities.The emergence of Changguan well not only aggravates the problems of well control to varying degrees,but also brings greater safety and environmental protection risks,and its treatment is imminent.The application of Changguan Well safety pressure relief technology will effectively avoid the safety hazards caused by traditional hole opening technology,and complete the treatment of Changguan Well in a safer and more effective way.This technology uses the short connection of the wellhead casing of Changguan as the sealing surface,and borrows the sealing medium pressure effect of the wellhead repairer to successfully realize the pressure relief of the immovable fire belt.The advent of Changguan well safety pressure relief technology not only greatly solves the problems of well control,but also provides security for the further development of oilfields.
