摘要

本文基于海上风电冲刷防护问题,通过盐雾老化试验,对软体织物防护材料进行外观观察及测量,结果表明,材料在寿命期内可以保证基本形态的完整,具有良好的耐久性;同时使用WDW-03塑料拉伸试验机进行拉伸试验并以拉伸强度下降25%时作为软体织物防护材料的老化性能终止指标,对该材料进行寿命预测,结果表明该材料在15~20℃的海洋温度条件下的预测寿命约为34~37年.

Abstract

Based on the erosion protection problem of offshore wind power,this paper observed and measured the appearance of the soft fabric protective material through the salt spray aging test.The results showed that the material could guarantee the integrity of the basic form and have good durability during the life period.At the same time,WDW-03 plastic tensile testing machine was used to carry out the tensile test and the aging performance of the soft fabric protective material was taken as the end index when the tensile strength decreased by 25%.The results showed that the predicted life of the material was about 34~37 years at the ocean temperature of 15~20℃.
