0.55 Mt/a CDAIky ? Alkylation Unit of Corrosion Problems and Countermeasures
In order to meet the transformation and upgrading of National sixth gasoline,alkylated gasoline units capable of producing high octane number have been large-scale laid out and put into use in China.At present,most domestic alkylation units adopt sulfuric acid alkylation process,and the CDAIky® sulfuric acid alkylation process inevitably has sulfuric acid corrosion and acid gas corrosion.This paper analyzes the corrosion of pipelines and equipment since the alkylation unit was put into operation in December 2019.In order to better solve the problem of sulfuric acid and acid gas corrosion.
