摘要
超高压蒸汽管线泄露是乙烯装置中常见的问题,本文通过宏观检验、材质分析、金相检验、硬度检测、力学性能检测、化学成分分析等方法,对某乙烯装置超高压管线泄漏原因进行了分析研究.结果表明:该乙烯装置高压管线开裂泄漏原因主要是试压过程中管内壁划痕在较大周向应力作用下开裂并扩展.
Abstract
Ultrahigh pressure steam pipeline leakage is a common problem in ethylene plant.This paper analyzes the reasons of ultrahigh pressure pipeline leakage in an ethylene plant by means of macroscopic inspection,material analysis,metallographic inspection,hardness detection,mechanical property detection and chemical composition analysis.The results show that the main reason for the cracking and leakage of the high pressure pipeline of the ethylene unit is that the scratches on the inner wall of the pipeline crack and expand under the action of large circumferential stress during the pressure test.
