摘要

本文通过OM、SEM观察分析了不同Cu元素含量下的Mg-9Al-1Zn-0.3Sn合金显微组织,同时结合采用失重测试方法,探究了Cu元素对Mg-9Al-1Zn-0.3Sn合金腐蚀性能的影响.结果表明,随着Cu元素含量的增加,Mg-9Al-1Zn-0.3Sn合金的腐蚀性能逐渐下降.当Cu元素含量从0.12%增加到0.51%时,第二相含量显著增加,促进了电偶腐蚀,使得腐蚀速率从157.9mm/y提高至386.4mm/y.

Abstract

In this work,the microstructure of Mg-9Al-1Zn-0.3Sn alloy with different Cu content was observed and analyzed by OM and SEM.At the same time,the effect of Cu element on the corrosion performance of Mg-9Al-1Zn-0.3Sn alloy was investigated by weight loss test.The results show that the corrosion resistance of Mg-9Al-1Zn-0.3Sn alloy gradually decreases with the increase of Cu content.When the content of Cu element increased from 0.12%to 0.51%,the content of the second phase increased significantly,which promoted the galvanic corrosion and increased the corrosion rate from 157.9 mm/y to 386.4mm/y.
